About the role
As a Technical Onboarding Manager, you'll be responsible for the technical integration of Luna, an AI receptionist, into medical practices' phone infrastructure and practice management systems. You'll ensure smooth technical setup and successful activation of our AI solution from day one for each new practice.
What you'll do
- Analyze existing phone infrastructure and practice management systems for each medical practice
- Set up phone forwarding, SIP connections, and API integrations with common practice systems (Dampsoft, Evident, Tomedo)
- Guide practices through the complete technical onboarding process from initial analysis to successful activation
- Coordinate multiple parallel onboarding projects and prioritize efficiently by urgency and complexity
- Serve as primary technical contact for practice teams during onboarding, communicating clearly with non-technical users
- Document integration steps, practice configurations, and technical specifications systematically
- Collaborate closely with Forward Deployed Engineers and escalate specific requirements
- Identify recurring integration challenges and propose process improvements
What you'll need
- Completed education or degree in Computer Science, IT System Integration, or comparable technical qualification
- Tinkerer mentality with love for solving technical challenges and finding pragmatic solutions
- Experience integrating software or telephony systems (VoIP, SIP, API connections)
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple parallel onboarding projects
- Clear, patient, and empathetic communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical customers
- Persistence and solution-oriented attitude even when integrations become complex
- Native-level German language skills
