Quality Manager - Mobility & Automotive

About the role

As a Quality Manager for Mobility & Automotive, you'll take operational responsibility for managing vehicle auctions from OEMs in daily business operations. You'll oversee the strategic distribution of vehicles across showrooms and optimize auction processes to ensure maximum sales effectiveness.

What you'll do

• Take operational responsibility for daily business and manage sensitive distribution of vehicles to appropriate showrooms for optimal presentation
• Control strategic vehicle distribution on the platform and create optimal conditions for balanced, sales-optimized marketing
• Monitor ongoing auctions, supplement missing information, and optimize data quality
• Maintain occasional direct customer contact to collect missing vehicle data and ensure information completeness
• Handle internal inquiries and requests related to vehicle auctions

What you'll need

• Proven professional experience as Operations Manager or in comparable operational positions, preferably with startup experience
• Structured and meticulous working approach with ability to systematically execute processes and identify error sources early
• Passion for process scaling and continuous optimization, actively shaping and improving processes end-to-end
• Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or MS Office, including formulas like SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and creating pivot tables
• Very good German skills (minimum C1 level) and English (minimum B2 level) in speaking and writing

Nice to have

• Initial automation experience with tools like Make, Zapier, or similar platforms for workflow optimization
• Additional languages such as French or Spanish
