About the role
As a Business Development Executive for Central Eastern Europe, you'll pioneer Parloa's market entry in the region by building pipeline and establishing enterprise relationships. This is a ground-up role where you'll help create the go-to-market strategy rather than follow an existing playbook.
What you'll do
- Identify, engage, and develop relationships with enterprise-level prospects in Central Eastern Europe
- Generate and own an outbound pipeline using creative, data-driven outreach strategies
- Collaborate with Account Executives to build scalable revenue processes for the region
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects, positioning Parloa as a trusted AI partner
- Act as the voice of the market internally, sharing insights and feedback to shape regional strategy
- Continuously refine messaging and outreach based on market dynamics and client challenges
What you'll need
- 2+ years of relevant experience in SaaS, VC, or consulting
- Genuine curiosity for people and technology with passion for connecting with decision-makers
- Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in building something new
- Coachability, resilience, and drive to grow fast in a high-performance environment
- Strong communication skills and fluency in Polish or Turkish plus English
