Product Engineer

About the role

Develop internal tools and automations that accelerate sales processes, improve service workflows, and simplify technician handovers while taking responsibility for project management and working closely with various departments.

What you'll do

• Develop internal tools and automations that accelerate sales processes, improve service workflows, simplify technician handovers
• Build software components in Node.js/TypeScript and Python, for example webhook handlers, APIs and internal UIs
• Take over Airtable and Make scenarios where they offer the greatest leverage today. We will teach you the tools. Then support migration to Salesforce or own services for more scalability
• Take responsibility in project management: Drive projects independently, especially in the areas of automation, tech integration and CRM management
• Experience close collaboration: Work closely with various departments and senior leadership and actively participate in shaping Enpal's growth story
• Work closely with Product and Operations and translate complex real-world processes into simple, robust systems
