About the role
You'll join the Prevention team as a Senior Sales Media Account Manager, building and managing strategic key accounts in healthcare to drive revenue goals through media sales. You'll work with major clients like health insurers, pharmaceutical companies, and health-tech organizations to develop large-scale health campaigns for 90+ million users.
What you'll do
- Manage the complete sales cycle for major clients from acquisition to contract closure while achieving clear revenue targets
- Build and develop long-term relationships with strategic key accounts in healthcare, pharma, and health-tech sectors
- Conduct C-level sales conversations with healthcare decision-makers and communicate media solution value propositions
- Develop tailored sales and account strategies customized to specific client needs
- Establish structured sales processes including opportunity validation, pipeline management, and forecasting
What you'll need
- Minimum 7 years B2B sales experience, including 3-5 years in media sales at leading platforms or media agencies
- Proven track record managing large accounts, closing complex deals, and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills at C-level with ability to build strategic partnerships
- Passion for healthcare and interest in educating people through prevention campaigns
- Fluent German (C2) and very good English skills
Nice to have
- Experience in German healthcare system or with healthcare organizations
- Proven success building new business areas or launching innovative products
- Project management experience and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
