Conversion Rate Optimization Manager

About the role

You'll lead conversion rate optimization for a CleanTech company focused on renewable energy solutions. This role involves strategically optimizing the entire funnel from landing page to qualified leads, using data-driven testing and user experience improvements to drive sustainable growth.

What you'll do

• Take responsibility for continuous conversion rate optimization across the entire funnel from first click to qualified lead
• Design, prioritize and manage systematic A/B and multivariate tests to remove user barriers and improve lead quality
• Collaborate with the website team to optimize landing pages and funnel logic for exceptional user experience
• Analyze user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to derive data-driven recommendations
• Work closely with performance marketing to align ad creatives with landing page experience and reduce customer acquisition costs
• Monitor CRO and AI trends and translate them into concrete growth opportunities

What you'll need

• Several years of relevant experience in CRO, web analytics or growth hacking, ideally with complex B2C products and lead generation
• Completed degree in psychology, business, marketing, computer science or comparable education focused on data and user behavior
• Deep understanding of A/B testing methodologies, statistical significance and common testing/analytics tools
• Love for diving deep into data with ability to present complex relationships clearly and derive priorities
• Understanding of sales psychology and ability to combine technical requirements with intuitive user journeys
• Proactive, independent working style with drive to actively shape the energy transition
