About the role

You are the architect of our Commercial Engine, treating internal GTM systems as a standalone product. As a bilingual interface, you bridge business needs and technical implementation, translating complex sales strategies into seamless, automated processes that eliminate friction for Sales and Account Management teams.

What you'll do

  • Act as strategic partner for Commercial Teams with a product mindset, gathering feedback and developing solutions that boost productivity
  • Translate GTM strategy into technical workflows that support daily team operations
  • Establish and implement data governance to clean up prospect noise and ensure Salesforce hierarchy reflects commercial reality
  • Evaluate AI integration opportunities in GTM tech stack for workflow automation and data quality improvement
  • Serve as primary interface between process/enablement teams and technical implementers
  • Build reporting infrastructure in Salesforce that answers input-to-output attribution questions
  • Continuously optimize Salesforce and product syncs to meet Commercial Team requirements

What you'll need

  • 5+ years experience in Revenue Operations or Sales Operations with strong focus on Salesforce administration and architecture
  • Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1)
  • Bilingual ability to speak both business and tech - understanding Key Account Manager pain points and designing technical solutions
  • Product mindset treating internal tech stack as a product, obsessed with user adoption and clean workflows
  • Hands-on experience with major CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) and deep understanding of CRM architecture
  • Experience with complex GTM workflows in B2B SaaS or marketplaces managing complex account hierarchies
  • Disciplined approach to data hygiene and experience building systems that prevent duplicates
  • Proven track record building tools that make sales and account management faster and more efficient
