About the role

You'll lead media strategy and planning for HelloFresh Group brands across 16 international markets, managing a substantial ATL budget across traditional and digital channels. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution to optimize brand building campaigns and deliver measurable ROI across the full marketing mix.

What you'll do

  • Build media strategy across HelloFresh's brand portfolio for 16 international markets including UK, DACH, BENELUX, and ANZ
  • Develop channel-agnostic connections strategies that unify brand messaging across ATL, digital, social, and emerging platforms
  • Lead audience-first communications frameworks aligning creative, media, and messaging across touchpoints
  • Collaborate with creative teams, brand strategy, CRM, and performance marketing to ensure integrated campaign activation
  • Build and develop a team of 3 Senior Managers focused on media buying, planning, and connections strategy
  • Champion media innovation and test-and-learn methodologies to continuously optimize audience reach
  • Utilize data-driven analysis to improve effectiveness of performance channels and brand building media
  • Own campaign management and reporting including ROI analysis and brand health metrics
  • Partner with Analytics and Data Science teams to evolve measurement frameworks for long-term impact

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree with strong academic record or proven relevant marketing experience
  • 10+ years experience directly managing marketing campaigns with multi-million Euro annual media budgets
  • Deep experience in connections planning and communications strategy with track record of channel-agnostic brand campaigns
  • Strong understanding of ATL advertising, targeting, and marketing technology including cross-channel orchestration
  • Experience with testing frameworks to optimize media mixes including geo lift incrementality tests and brand lift studies
  • Experience with marketing measurement and analytical models such as MMM
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data for frequent performance optimization
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders
