Process Automation Specialist – AI

About the role

You'll be creating and implementing AI solutions to automate operational processes at CarOnSale, a B2B platform digitizing car trading in Europe. This is a newly created role where you'll identify automation opportunities across Customer Care, Logistics, and QA teams, then build and deploy AI agents from concept to production.

What you'll do

• Analyze operational processes to identify high-impact AI automation opportunities
• Build AI agents in collaboration with external partners, from proof of concept to production
• Track performance, optimize and iterate solutions until they deliver results
• Act as bridge between Operations, IT, and AI partner teams
• Document solutions and train teams to work with the new automation tools
• Measure and report automation impact including cost savings and ROI

What you'll need

• 2-4 years experience in Operations, process optimization, or Business Analysis
• Proven track record of actually automating processes, not just theorizing
• Analytical thinking and ability to break down complex workflows into logical steps
• Understanding of APIs, data flows, and system integrations
• Python proficiency for scripting, automation, and analysis
• Fluent German and English (C1+)

Nice to have

• Experience with AI agents or prompt engineering
• Knowledge of Salesforce, Zapier, or Make.com
• Cross-functional experience with Customer Care, Logistics, or QA teams
• Scale-up experience in fast-changing environments
