About the role
Strategic Account Manager position managing a B2B client portfolio in the real estate sector. You'll be responsible for revenue growth through relationship management, strategic consulting, and solution selling to commercial real estate clients including brokers, asset managers, and property owners.
What you'll do
- Take strategic responsibility for your own B2B client portfolio and actively manage it to achieve company objectives
- Develop deep understanding of individual B2B client needs and provide tailored consulting solutions via phone and on-site visits
- Drive growth through targeted cross-selling and upselling activities, online workshops, and personal meetings
- Support clients with customized campaigns and data-driven performance management to optimize their portfolios
- Focus on consistently achieving relevant revenue targets and KPIs to secure measurable business success
What you'll need
- Completed commercial training or comparable relevant experience in B2B sales or Strategic Account Management, preferably in real estate
- Strong affinity for customer relationship management and solution selling
- Independent, structured, and goal-oriented approach with focus on efficient problem-solving
- High self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking, and reliability
- Proficient use of CRM systems like Salesforce for targeted sales management
- Experience with modern AI tools for productivity enhancement and analysis
- Excellent German and English skills, additional languages advantageous
