About the role
As part of our Senior Contract Renewal team, you will own the full renewal cycle for a portfolio of established B2B Enterprise clients, with a particular emphasis on larger and more complex organizations. Your goal: secure long-term partnerships, unlock growth potential, and ensure sustainable revenue development.
What you'll do
- You manage and lead the end-to-end renewal process for key corporate customers, ensuring high retention and revenue optimization
- You evaluate your portfolio using data-driven insights to identify expansion potential, pricing adjustments, cross-sell opportunities, and risk factors
- You develop independently and execute negotiation strategies tailored to each account
- You conduct commercial negotiations with senior stakeholders, aligning internally with Sales, Customer Success, Legal, and Finance teams
- You optimize contract structures with a strong understanding of margin impact, cost drivers, and strategic relevance
- You refine continuously renewal processes, tools, and best practices to strengthen our Account Renewal Management function
- You translate client feedback and market insights into strategic recommendations for product development and future offerings
What you'll need
- You have 3+ years of experience in B2B contract negotiations, key account management, or sales (experience with pricing models or commercial frameworks is a plus)
- You bring strong commercial acumen with a clear focus on revenue growth and profitability
- You are confident in working with data and analytical capability to uncover both risks and opportunities
- You have excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to influence decision-makers at executive level
- You are confident and composed in negotiations, even in high-stakes or challenging discussions
- You have a strong affinity for digital products and the ability to convincingly represent our solution to corporate clients
- You bring advanced skills in Google Sheets and comfort working with performance metrics and financial models
