What you'll do
- Support daily fleet operations including monitoring fleet availability, damage/theft reporting, and weekly inventory checks
- Assist in identifying process gaps and driving operational improvements
- Help automate reporting and workflows using Python, JavaScript, and automation tools
- Monitor vendor performance and support service partner coordination (maintenance, logistics, etc.)
- Contribute to fleet audits, planning for relocations/repairs, and preparing KPI reports and documentation for our warehouses
- Collaborate with County Operations and Tech teams on cross-functional projects
