Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager

About the role

Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager role focused on commercetools' platform, AI Hub, and ecosystem integrations. You'll translate complex technical concepts like composable architecture and AI systems into compelling market narratives while serving as a technical peer to Product teams.

What you'll do

• Drive platform differentiation and lead messaging for AI Hub, Agent Gateway, and integrations
• Translate complex AI concepts like agentic commerce and LLMs into clear value propositions
• Develop joint value propositions with key technology partners including Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft, and OpenAI
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape launch strategies for new platform capabilities
• Conduct research into customer, partner, and developer needs to inform product direction
• Create technical content including demos and thought leadership to enable GTM teams

What you'll need

• Engineering or Product Management background with deep understanding of LLMs, agent orchestration, and API-driven systems
• Ability to collaborate with engineers on technical constraints while creating compelling, scalable stories
• Experience in high-growth, global organizations turning complex product launches into repeatable processes
• Proactive mindset for using AI tools and drive to master emerging technologies
• Strategic communication skills to bridge technical and business audiences

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with AI platforms, developer tools, or LLM-based products
• Familiarity with commerce platforms like SAP Hybris, Shopify
• Experience with AI ecosystems and partners like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google
• Knowledge of cloud providers like AWS, GCP
