What you'll need

• You are currently pursuing or have already completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (a strong preference for Master's students)
• You bring solid communication skills, a deep sense of ownership, and a proactive mindset with a strong interest in innovation, technology, and emerging trends in business and finance
• You are naturally curious, show significant initiative, and are not afraid to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment
• You are comfortable learning new digital tools and platforms quickly
• You are organized, detail-oriented, and excited to develop your project management abilities through hands-on experience
• You speak English fluently and enjoy collaborating with diverse teams across functions. German is a plus
