About the role
This is an entry-level Customer Operations Analyst position at a Berlin-based FinTech company, designed for recent graduates to build a foundation in customer operations. You'll support German customers while gaining deep product knowledge and solving complex operational problems in a fast-growing spend management platform.
What you'll do
- Act as key operational contact for German customers via phone, chat, and email
- Develop deep understanding of FinTech products across different markets and customer needs
- Solve complex customer problems by connecting information and identifying root causes
- Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Risk, and Operations teams to resolve cases
- Improve processes and contribute ideas to enhance customer experience
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Economics, Law, or equivalent experience
- Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (minimum C1)
- Strong interest in FinTech, financial processes, or operational excellence
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with willingness to take ownership
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and structured approach to work
- Resilient and comfortable in fast-paced environments
