About the role

This is an entry-level Customer Operations Analyst position at a Berlin-based FinTech company, designed for recent graduates to build a foundation in customer operations. You'll support German customers while gaining deep product knowledge and solving complex operational problems in a fast-growing spend management platform.

What you'll do

  • Act as key operational contact for German customers via phone, chat, and email
  • Develop deep understanding of FinTech products across different markets and customer needs
  • Solve complex customer problems by connecting information and identifying root causes
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Risk, and Operations teams to resolve cases
  • Improve processes and contribute ideas to enhance customer experience

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Economics, Law, or equivalent experience
  • Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (minimum C1)
  • Strong interest in FinTech, financial processes, or operational excellence
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with willingness to take ownership
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and structured approach to work
  • Resilient and comfortable in fast-paced environments

Nice to have

  • Dutch language skills
