About the role
AMBOSS is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager for the DACH region to manage their entire partner portfolio, from medical societies to technical project partners. You'll be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies across all product lines while serving as the central point of contact for strategic partnerships.
What you'll do
- Develop and execute comprehensive partnership strategy for DACH region across all product lines
- Serve as key account manager for entire partner portfolio, conducting regular reviews and implementing annual planning
- Identify, acquire and develop new strategic partnerships to expand reach
- Collaborate with internal product, marketing and editorial teams on joint initiatives and campaigns
- Analyze partner performance, measure ROI and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders
What you'll need
- Minimum 5 years experience in partnership management, key account management or business development
- Completed degree in business or medicine with relevant experience
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting relationships
- Excellent German and fluent English language skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to prioritize and handle operational details
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
