About the role

As Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) you are responsible for independently conducting outbound activities for appointment setting. You support our sales team through smart market research, passionate implementation of phone calls and through creative email outreach and social selling.

What you'll do

  • Build and maintain a qualified outbound pipeline in the mid-market and enterprise segment
  • Contact potential customers via phone, email and LinkedIn – with the goal of generating qualified initial conversations
  • Work with clear KPIs (booked meetings, SQL rate, pipeline volume) as orientation framework for your success
  • Co-design our target customer definition and qualification criteria
  • Develop and implement target group-specific outbound campaigns together with Marketing
  • Close collaboration with our Area Sales Managers: joint sales strategy, account planning and pitch preparation
  • Active participation in developing our AI-supported sales stack
  • Support and accompany Junior SDRs in daily work – through feedback, call shadowing and working together

What you'll need

  • Completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Social Sciences or comparable field
  • 3-5+ years experience in B2B outbound sales or SDR/BDR environment, ideally in a scale-up or SaaS context
  • Demonstrable quota attainment history – you can concretely prove what you have achieved
  • Very structured, independent way of working with high personal standards
  • Confident handling of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and modern sales engagement tools
  • Fluent German skills and professional English – you communicate clearly, precisely and convincingly

Nice to have

  • Experience in staffing, HR-tech or gig economy environment
  • Knowledge in conception and management of B2B campaigns
