Technical Team Lead – Data Platform

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of data engineers
• Own the architecture, development, and operation of our data platform and pipelines, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability
• Automate platform operations and streamline data workflows to increase efficiency and minimize manual intervention
• Act as the first point of contact for other data engineering teams on topics like platform usage, data modeling, pipeline design, and general data engineering best practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally to set standards and champion data engineering excellence across the organization incl. security concepts
• Remain hands-on: Together with your team you will architect, code, review, and deploy critical data infrastructure solutions
• Drive adoption of modern tooling (including GenAI-assisted coding) while applying critical thinking to recommendations and outputs
