About the role

We're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic enterprise sales for voize's AI companion solution for healthcare facilities. You'll manage complex sales cycles, build executive relationships, and close large-scale enterprise contracts in the growing healthcare AI market.

What you'll do

  • Identify and engage with enterprise-level prospects, navigating long sales cycles with multiple decision-makers
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships, becoming a trusted advisor
  • Lead high-stakes negotiations, managing legal and procurement processes to successful closures
  • Collaborate with product and tech teams to deliver customized solutions for enterprise clients
  • Identify strategic opportunities and contribute to go-to-market strategy
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to shape enterprise sales approach

What you'll need

  • Proven track record in Enterprise SaaS sales with independently managed complex sales cycles
  • Experience closing multi-six or seven-figure enterprise deals
  • Strategic mindset to navigate complex organizational structures and long sales cycles
  • Executive presence and comfort engaging with C-level executives
  • Consultative selling skills to understand enterprise pain points and design tailored solutions
  • Willingness to travel for face-to-face stakeholder interactions
  • Fluent in German and proficient in English
  • Technical proficiency with tools like HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, and Notion
