About the role
You'll join Scout24's sales team as a B2B Sales Representative, focusing on proactive new customer acquisition and building long-term business relationships. This role involves identifying client needs, presenting solutions from Scout24's product portfolio, and contributing to ambitious revenue targets through strategic cross-selling and upselling.
What you'll do
- Proactively acquire new B2B customers through outbound sales activities
- Conduct needs analysis to understand potential customers' requirements and match them with suitable solutions
- Win new customers over the phone using strong sales skills and compelling arguments
- Execute targeted cross-selling and upselling strategies to maximize customer value
- Focus on continuously achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients
What you'll need
- Completed vocational training or relevant work experience, ideally in B2B sales, account management, or real estate
- Previous sales experience with a strong hunter mindset and high closing orientation
- Proactive, structured, goal-oriented and solution-focused working style
- High level of self-motivation, entrepreneurial thinking, and drive to achieve success
- Proficiency with CRM tools, ideally Salesforce
- Strong teamwork skills with ability to share successes and motivate others
- Excellent German and English language skills (written and spoken)

- Experience in the real estate industry
