About the role

This is a 20-hour per week Working Student position supporting CoachHub's Client Experience team in Berlin. You'll gain hands-on operational experience while helping maintain smooth daily operations and high-quality customer support in a scaling international coaching platform.

What you'll do

  • Support ticket triage and categorization
  • Ensure cases are tagged and documented correctly
  • Assist with session management checks and data validation
  • Support occasional manual corrections where needed
  • Help improve Help Center articles and internal documentation
  • Flag recurring questions or friction points

What you'll need

  • Currently enrolled at a university in Germany
  • Available for 20 hours per week in Berlin
  • Reliable and structured work approach
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Comfortable following clear processes
  • Proactive in asking questions when unclear
  • Strong English language skills

Nice to have

  • German and/or French language skills
  • Experience in customer support or operational roles
  • Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Jira, or similar systems
  • Interest in process improvement
