About the role
This is a 20-hour per week Working Student position supporting CoachHub's Client Experience team in Berlin. You'll gain hands-on operational experience while helping maintain smooth daily operations and high-quality customer support in a scaling international coaching platform.
What you'll do
- Support ticket triage and categorization
- Ensure cases are tagged and documented correctly
- Assist with session management checks and data validation
- Support occasional manual corrections where needed
- Help improve Help Center articles and internal documentation
- Flag recurring questions or friction points
What you'll need
- Currently enrolled at a university in Germany
- Available for 20 hours per week in Berlin
- Reliable and structured work approach
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Comfortable following clear processes
- Proactive in asking questions when unclear
- Strong English language skills
Nice to have
- German and/or French language skills
- Experience in customer support or operational roles
- Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Jira, or similar systems
- Interest in process improvement
