About the role

We're looking for a Commercial Talent Acquisition Partner, to help foster the sustainable and strategic hiring of HelloFresh. You can expect to find a team with an agile and lean mindset, that relies on data-driven decisions and is encouraged to work with autonomy to deliver high quality hires.

What you'll do

  • Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment funnel: from sourcing, scheduling, analysing hiring metrics, and interviewing, and the best part, delivering offers!
  • Develop solid working relationships with hiring teams and hiring managers, across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor/partner in everything related to recruiting in Berlin HQ, our Poland hubs,Factor Europe, and occasionally offices globally, and Distribution Centers
  • Support the execution of projects that aim to improve and innovate how we attract, assess and hire talent, i.e. via AI
  • Strengthen our employer brand and ensure we provide an exceptional end-to-end candidate experience at all points of the recruitment life cycle
  • Drive Market & Competitor Insights and stay up to date with hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor strategies to provide data-driven recommendations that enhance our talent acquisition approach
  • Champion Diversity & Inclusion in Hiring and proactively implement sourcing strategies and recruitment practices that foster diverse talent pipelines and contribute to an inclusive hiring process.

What you'll need

  • Experience in managing all stages of the recruitment process, from advertisement to offer, communicating and interviewing with a high volume of candidates on a daily basis
  • Background in working either in-house or agency hiring
  • Great communication, interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders of all levels and senior management
  • Proactivity and hands-on attitude. You're happier when you're improving the world around you
  • Data-Driven Mindset & Analytical Skills - ability to leverage hiring metrics, analyze recruitment data, and provide insights to optimize the hiring process and drive continuous improvements. Experience using ATS tools and recruitment analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Creative & Strategic Sourcing Approach - skilled in identifying and engaging top talent through innovative sourcing strategies, including leveraging social media, networking, and market mapping to build strong talent pipelines.
