Customer Success Manager

About the role

You'll work as a Customer Success Manager at CarOnSale, focusing on onboarding large automotive dealers and optimizing their processes on Europe's digital B2B used car marketplace. This is an operational role where you'll coordinate between customers, sales, and operations teams to ensure smooth marketplace functionality.

What you'll do

• Guide new dealers (focus on large customers) through onboarding and ensure successful platform adoption
• Analyze existing dealer processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement optimization measures
• Coordinate operational experience between customers and internal sales/after-sales teams
• Conduct regular check-ins with accounts to identify operational challenges early and implement solutions
• Use data analysis and AI to monitor marketplace stability and customer satisfaction
• Manage complex dealer group setups and ensure seamless buyer-seller processes

What you'll need

• 1-3 years experience in Customer Success, Operations, Project Management, or Process Management
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex processes and find structured solutions
• Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (C1 minimum)
• Proactive, resilient, and self-organized approach
• Strong stakeholder management abilities to handle diverse teams and parallel tasks
• Affinity for digital tools, CRM systems, and AI technologies

Nice to have

• Automotive industry knowledge (not required but beneficial)
