About the role

This is an entry-level Customer Operations Associate position at Moss, a FinTech scale-up in Berlin. You'll be the operational contact for German customers, handling inquiries across phone, chat, and email while developing deep product knowledge and improving processes.

What you'll do

  • Act as key operational contact for German customers, handling inquiries professionally across multiple channels
  • Develop deep understanding of FinTech products, financial workflows, payments, and operations
  • Solve complex problems by connecting information, identifying root causes, and escalating when needed
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Risk, and Operations teams to resolve cases efficiently
  • Improve processes and contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and operational excellence

What you'll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field
  • Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (minimum C1)
  • Strong interest in FinTech, financial processes, or operational excellence
  • Proactive, hands-on mindset with willingness to take ownership
  • Resilient and comfortable in fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail

Nice to have

  • Dutch language skills
