About the role
This is an entry-level Customer Operations Associate position at Moss, a FinTech scale-up in Berlin. You'll be the operational contact for German customers, handling inquiries across phone, chat, and email while developing deep product knowledge and improving processes.
What you'll do
- Act as key operational contact for German customers, handling inquiries professionally across multiple channels
- Develop deep understanding of FinTech products, financial workflows, payments, and operations
- Solve complex problems by connecting information, identifying root causes, and escalating when needed
- Collaborate with Compliance, Product, Risk, and Operations teams to resolve cases efficiently
- Improve processes and contribute ideas to enhance customer experience and operational excellence
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Finance, Economics, Law, or related field
- Native-level German (C2) and strong English skills (minimum C1)
- Strong interest in FinTech, financial processes, or operational excellence
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with willingness to take ownership
- Resilient and comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail
