About the role

You'll be the voice of SumUp for German-speaking customers, providing support across multiple channels including phone, email, chat and social media. This is an onsite position in Berlin focused on helping merchants with their POS solutions and payment-related inquiries.

What you'll do

  • Support German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
  • Assist merchants with all questions and inquiries about POS solutions
  • Actively work on optimizing customer-related processes to increase merchant satisfaction

What you'll need

  • Multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Experience with CRM systems
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
