Senior Product Designer (B2C)

About the role

You'll be a Senior Product Designer on the Reviews team within GetYourGuide's Comparison vertical, focusing on capturing and analyzing reviews data to enhance customer experiences. You'll work with a Product Manager, Engineering Manager, and Data Analysts to design high-quality interfaces across web and mobile platforms.

What you'll do

• Design and iterate on high-quality customer experiences across web and mobile apps
• Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to make design and product decisions
• Work with UX researchers to plan strategic research initiatives and test designs
• Collaborate with Content Design to structure and iterate on designs
• Develop user-centered perspectives and advocate for user needs in your product area
• Mentor other designers and provide constructive feedback
• Facilitate alignment with stakeholders and communicate design rationale

What you'll need

• Minimum 6 years of end-to-end product design experience in startup, SMB, or large digital companies
• Problem-solving mindset focusing on outcomes, with experience using user feedback and A/B testing
• Proven track record leading large design projects with user-centered approach
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong visual design skills including branding, composition, and UI components
• Ability to prototype and present design concepts effectively
• Experience working in cross-disciplinary product teams with PMs and Engineers
• Understanding of how UX impacts business objectives and KPIs
