About the role
You'll lead automation and AI-driven experimentation within the Revenue Operations team, sitting at the intersection of revenue strategy and cutting-edge technology. This role involves designing, testing, and scaling automation solutions that directly impact commercial performance while working closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Design, implement, and lead hands-on experimentation with new automation and AI-driven ideas, rapidly prototyping and scaling solutions
- Define, document, and standardize GTM automation processes with end-to-end workflows
- Work with automation tools (n8n, Clay) to create integrations and purpose-built workflows for lead generation
- Analyze data to drive insights, performance tracking, and decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and prioritize GTM automation opportunities based on business impact
- Drive adoption and business value by continuously experimenting and iterating on solutions
What you'll need
- Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations with GTM process automation focus
- Proficiency with modern RevOps/automation tools and platforms (Clay, n8n, etc.)
- Demonstrated success designing, testing, and scaling automated workflows that impact sales productivity
- Ability to translate commercial goals into technical requirements and work with cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of revenue strategy, pipeline generation, and B2B SaaS metrics
- Technical problem-solving skills with automation tools and data-driven workflows
- Data-driven thinking with ability to analyze performance trends and validate experiments
