About the role

The Cash Solutions team at Raisin Bank has the responsibility for the growth and management of innovative ATM and cash deposit solutions. As part of a fully licensed bank, the team drives innovative and compliant and risk-conscious growth opportunities together with partners, ensures efficient delivery and maintains partner relationships.

What you'll do

  • Lead and own a major Cash Solution partnership independently
  • Act as a liaison between partners, external parties (providers, consultants, etc.), and internal teams (Product, Operations, etc.) to ensure smooth onboarding, integration, and execution of further partner and internal initiatives
  • Gather and synthesize partner feedback to identify further opportunities
  • Monitor partnership performance and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the partnership
  • Participate in process optimization, risk/incident mitigation, and efficiency-increasing projects within the scope of your partner
  • Track market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes that may impact partnership strategy
  • Participate in accurate documentation and reporting

What you'll need

  • At least 3 years of experience in a business development, sales, account management, or analyst role, preferably within fintech, financial services, or a high-growth B2B environment
  • Proactive and partner-oriented attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort in working with data and preparing performance reports
  • Good understanding of European card payment infrastructure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German (min. B2) and English
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
