About the role
You'll be responsible for onboarding major automotive dealers to CarOnSale's B2B marketplace platform, ensuring they successfully integrate and optimize their processes. This role combines customer success, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination to drive marketplace stability and growth.
What you'll do
- Guide new dealers through comprehensive onboarding, focusing on large enterprise customers
- Analyze existing dealer processes and implement improvements to optimize buyer-seller workflows
- Coordinate customer experience between sales, after-sales, and operations teams
- Conduct regular check-ins with accounts to identify challenges and implement quick solutions
- Use data analysis and AI tools to monitor marketplace stability and customer satisfaction
- Manage complex dealer group setups requiring advanced process expertise
What you'll need
- 1-3 years experience in customer onboarding, customer success, operations, or project management
- Strong analytical skills with ability to understand complex processes quickly
- Excellent German (C2) and English (C1) communication skills
- Hands-on, proactive approach with strong self-organization abilities
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and parallel tasks
- Affinity for digital tools, CRM systems, and AI technologies
