About the role

This is a customer support position focused on handling customer inquiries about our app, depot management, and payment transactions via phone and email. The position is initially limited to one year.

What you'll do

  • Answer customer inquiries about our app, depot management, and payment transactions via phone and email
  • Process inquiries independently and find solutions to customer satisfaction. Coordinate with other departments when needed or forward inquiries to our Tier 2 support
  • Identify improvement opportunities and proactively support the continuous improvement of our service
