Vice President, Product

About the role

Vice President / Senior Vice President of Product role leading the product organization for an AI-driven industrial supply platform. You'll define and execute the product vision for an operating system that automates materials trade across sourcing, pricing, logistics, and financing in multiple international markets.

What you'll do

• Define and scale the end-to-end operating system for materials trade, transforming fragmented workflows into automated, AI-driven processes
• Build a unified product strategy across sourcing, pricing, ordering, logistics, financing, claims, and supplier management
• Hire, mentor, and lead a high-caliber team of Product Managers and Product Designers
• Establish product operating cadence with weekly reviews, clear success metrics, and consistent communication
• Partner with Engineering, AI/ML, and Data teams to design agentic workflows for sales, procurement, and customer operations
• Convert human expertise into repeatable, algorithmic playbooks embedded directly into the platform
• Work with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to align product decisions with operational constraints
• Drive platform expansion across new regions, categories, and fulfillment modes

What you'll need

• 10+ years of Product leadership experience in B2B platforms, marketplaces, logistics tech, fintech, procurement tech, or enterprise SaaS
• Track record of owning complex, multi-sided products with high operational dependencies
• Deep understanding of workflows, automation, data products, and AI/ML integration
• Experience operating at the intersection of software and physical world operations
• Strong commercial intuition including pricing, supply/demand alignment, and margin dynamics
• Ability to design systems that scale from dozens to thousands of transactions per day
• Excellent communication skills to drive clarity across Engineering, Sales, and Operations
• Thrives in fast-paced, office-only environment with high tempo and accountability
