Team Lead Product Analytics

About the role

As Team Lead for Product Analytics, you'll lead a team of analysts to shape HeyJobs' data-driven culture and product strategy. You'll define the analytical vision, own the team's roadmap, and drive strategic impact through advanced analytics and AI-powered solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead, recruit, and mentor a team of product analysts while managing their professional development
• Own and execute the team's shared analytical roadmap based on business priorities
• Champion AI adoption in analytical workflows to automate routine tasks and create self-service solutions
• Define analytical strategy and vision for the product domain as part of product leadership
• Transition the team from reactive ad-hoc requests to proactive, high-impact strategic analysis
• Ensure analytical quality and business impact across all team outputs
• Manage strategic stakeholders and translate insights into actionable business decisions
• Guide improvements to analytics infrastructure including experimentation and data transformation

What you'll need

• Significant data analysis experience with proven track record leading complex analytical projects
• Prior leadership or mentorship experience with passion for developing high-performing teams
• Strong vision for analytics future including automation, advanced tooling, and AI implementation
• Deep expertise in SQL, modern data stack, dbt, and data visualization tools like Tableau
• Strong practical expertise in A/B testing, experimentation design, and statistical evaluation
• Experience managing senior stakeholders and translating business needs into analytical roadmaps
• Strategic mindset connecting analytical work to company objectives
• Fluent in German and English
