Procurement Manager

About the role

This is a supplier acquisition and procurement role at an AI-driven industrial trade platform. You'll identify and onboard suppliers across Europe and globally, negotiating million-dollar contracts while building commercial relationships that drive company growth in the construction and energy materials sector.

What you'll do

• Identify, engage, and acquire suppliers across Europe and worldwide
• Lead negotiations for pricing, payment terms, and contracts of 1M+ procurement spend
• Build strong commercial relationships that fuel company growth and ensure reliable supply
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive operational growth and efficiency
• Collaborate with Sales and operational teams to solve issues and improve processes
• Analyze performance data, track key KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to optimize supply chain operations
• Analyze market trends, supplier capabilities, and pricing structures
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Resolve supplier-related issues including quality, delivery, or compliance concerns

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Experience in procurement sourcing and supply chain contracting
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills with ability to articulate complex subjects
• Hands-on mentality with ownership mindset and independent problem-solving abilities
• Interest in technology-driven transformation and AI applications in supply chains
• Native-level German communication skills (preferred)
