Working Student - Workplace Experience

About the role

We're looking for a Working Student to support our office and help create a welcoming and well-organized environment for our team. In this role, you'll play an important part in keeping daily office operations running smoothly while also supporting internal events and small projects. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office operations, team coordination, and workplace experience within a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What you'll do

• Be the friendly face of the office, welcoming employees, vendors, and visitors and providing general visitor information
• Manage building access and visitor passes, coordinate deliveries and incoming mail, and ensure office supplies are well stocked
• Oversee office cleanliness and day-to-day operations, identifying and reporting any issues to keep the office running smoothly
• Support the planning and execution of employee events and team-building activities
• After onboarding, take ownership of small projects such as process improvements, office initiatives, and vendor coordination

What you'll need

• You are currently enrolled as a student at a university in Germany
• You are based in Berlin and available to work around 20 hours per week
• You feel comfortable communicating in German and English (B2 level or higher)
• You are comfortable using, or quickly learning, tools such as Slack and Google Workspace
• Clear and friendly communication with a professional and approachable presence
• Good organization and time management, balancing planned tasks and ad-hoc requests
• Resourcefulness and problem-solving, staying calm when unexpected things come up
• Team spirit and people orientation, enjoying interaction with colleagues across the company
• Adaptability and flexibility, feeling comfortable wearing multiple hats in a dynamic environment

Nice to have

• Some first experience in hospitality, office support or customer service
