QA Engineer (Mid/Senior)

About the role

We're looking for a QA Engineer to advocate for quality from the start of the development process. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape testing strategies, embed quality into our development process, and ensure robust test coverage as features are developed.

What you'll do

• Become an expert in the Talon.One product and your team's specific area of responsibility
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to ensure high-quality feature delivery
• Set test strategy and engage critically with all functions from feature inception
• Ensure design and behavioral consistency between features with strong test coverage at every level
• Determine test scenarios for end-to-end automated tests and implement them using Cypress
• Mentor junior Quality Engineers and contribute to onboarding programs

What you'll need

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and describe complex interactions precisely
• Ability to architect a strong test strategy
• Strong track record advocating for quality at all development levels
• 3-6+ years of experience delivering quality web applications with test automation, including REST APIs/GraphQL
