About the role
As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Moss, you'll be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for commercial and tech teams across all markets. This is a generalist role working across both technical and non-technical positions, managing the entire candidate journey from sourcing to offer management.
What you'll do
- Source, screen and manage candidates using various sourcing techniques and channels
- Manage the complete candidate journey from initial contact through offer management
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and make better hiring decisions
- Conduct vacancy briefings and collect requirements for new positions
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce friction in the interview process
- Coordinate interviews and ensure high-quality candidate experience
What you'll need
- Previous experience hiring high-caliber talent with strong sourcing skills
- Fluent English (C1 minimum)
- Inquisitive mindset with ability to ask intelligent and insightful questions
- Good judgement to objectively determine the right course of action
- Trustworthy and credible with strong relationship-building skills
- Methodical and organized approach to work and information presentation
- Adaptive communication skills to tailor messaging to different audiences
