About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Moss, you'll be responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for commercial and tech teams across all markets. This is a generalist role working across both technical and non-technical positions, managing the entire candidate journey from sourcing to offer management.

What you'll do

  • Source, screen and manage candidates using various sourcing techniques and channels
  • Manage the complete candidate journey from initial contact through offer management
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and make better hiring decisions
  • Conduct vacancy briefings and collect requirements for new positions
  • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce friction in the interview process
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure high-quality candidate experience

What you'll need

  • Previous experience hiring high-caliber talent with strong sourcing skills
  • Fluent English (C1 minimum)
  • Inquisitive mindset with ability to ask intelligent and insightful questions
  • Good judgement to objectively determine the right course of action
  • Trustworthy and credible with strong relationship-building skills
  • Methodical and organized approach to work and information presentation
  • Adaptive communication skills to tailor messaging to different audiences
