About the role
As a Junior Brand and Marketing Designer at Leapsome, you'll be an essential part of our design team, working side-by-side with our Design Lead to bring ideas to life across brand and marketing touch points. This role is specifically designed for a designer early in their career who understands the unique pace and needs of a B2B product-focused environment.
What you'll do
- Execute B2B Marketing Assets: Support a wide range of tasks including LinkedIn ads, webinar slides, campaign visuals, and presentations that align strictly with Leapsome's brand guidelines
- Product-Focused Design: Apply your design skills to a product-centric environment, focusing on consistency and the long-term visual evolution of our brand rather than one-off agency projects
- Transform concepts into high-fidelity visuals using Adobe Creative Suite. Whether it's pixel-perfect assets or collaborating on UI/UX projects in Figma
- AI Experimentation: Take the lead in exploring AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly), testing and comparing what works best, and figuring out which are actually worth pursuing
- Iterate at Pace: Continuously refine assets based on feedback, demonstrating high adaptability and the ability to maintain quality in a fast-paced scale-up environment
- Structured Communication: Clearly articulate your design decisions and project progress, ensuring alignment across the marketing and design teams
What you'll need
- B2B Experience: You have foundational experience in graphic design, ideally within a B2B marketing team or product-focused setting (through internships or junior roles)
- Adobe Creative Suite Mastery: Drive high-quality visual output using Adobe Creative Suite, with Figma as a valuable secondary tool for UI/UX design and collaboration
- Driving Innovation through AI: Proactively explore and implement AI-powered tools (e.g., Midjourney, Firefly), bringing fresh thinking on how AI can improve efficiency
- Adaptable & Fast-Paced: You thrive in environments where priorities move quickly and you can maintain structure under pressure
- Rapid Learner: Bring clear examples of quickly picking up new skills or tools—often through self-directed learning—combined with strong coachability
- Strong Fundamentals: You have a sharp eye for typography, layout, and composition, with the ability to follow and implement brand constraints while remaining creative
