Marketing Manager DACH-Pflege-Markt

About the role

AMBOSS is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager with a focus on Social Media & Community Management to expand their nursing market in the DACH region. You'll contribute to the visibility, positioning, and community activation of AMBOSS's nursing offerings while supporting measurable B2C and B2B growth.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement cross-channel social media strategies from concept to analysis
• Manage and evolve the community and ambassador program holistically
• Support multichannel campaigns and ensure consistent social media implementation
• Create target group-specific storylines, formats and series along the user lifecycle
• Analyze performance of social, influencer and community activities using defined KPIs
• Monitor market trends and derive insights for content, campaigns and go-to-market activities

What you'll need

• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing with social media, influencer and community management
• Excellent German and fluent English communication skills
• Experience developing and implementing social media strategies and content formats independently
• Analytical, data-driven approach with routine in KPIs, reporting and performance optimization
• Strong communication skills with a sense for tonality, storytelling and target group engagement
• Experience with AI tools for content ideas, text variants, analysis or structuring
• Understanding of social media promotion and distribution mechanics
