About the role

We are seeking a Sales Lead – Health Solutions to drive new business with health insurers (PKV & GKV), health platforms, and healthcare providers across Germany and Europe. In this role, you will own the revenue pipeline end-to-end - from identifying and qualifying opportunities, through consultative selling and deal structuring, to closing and handing off to Customer Success for onboarding.

What you'll do

  • Own: Full-cycle B2B sales - prospecting, qualification, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and close for health insurance and health solutions partners
  • Build: A structured sales pipeline and repeatable sales process (CRM discipline, deal stages, forecasting) from the ground up
  • Ship: Tailored proposals, business cases, and ROI models that resonate with healthcare decision-makers (medical directors, innovation leads, procurement)
  • Partner: Work closely with Product to shape how Remi Health's platform is positioned for different buyer personas and use cases
  • Expand: Identify whitespace - new verticals (corporate health, pharma, clinical trials), new geographies, and upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

What you'll need

  • Proven B2B sales experience in health insurance, healthtech, digital health, or healthcare services with a track record of closing complex, consultative deals
  • Deep understanding of the German health insurance landscape (PKV, GKV, §20 SGB V, selective contracts) or comparable healthcare buyer environments
  • Ability to navigate long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders - from innovation teams to medical directors to procurement
  • Strong written + verbal communication in German & English
  • Comfort building process in an early-stage environment: you don't need a playbook handed to you

Nice to have

  • Existing network in German health insurance (PKV/GKV), health platforms, or corporate health
  • Experience selling platform/infrastructure products (not just point solutions)
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements around diagnostics or digital health in Germany/EU
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, close AI)
