Content & Growth Marketer

About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Growth & Content Marketer to join our marketing team. Reporting to the Head of Marketing and collaborating closely with our Video Specialist, you'll own the execution of content, campaigns, and growth initiatives, ensuring everything we put out is cohesive, on-brand, and built to perform.

What you'll do

• Content Marketing: Plan and publish technical content (blog posts, case studies, integration guides, and product updates) with the editorial calendar driven by GTM priorities, partnering with engineering and product to turn complex audio and AI concepts into clear, compelling narratives for developers and technical buyers.
• Campaign Management: Own campaigns end-to-end, from asset coordination through launch to performance reporting.
• SEO/GEO: Implement on-page and paid search recommendations from our agency to drive discoverability, traffic, and growth.
• Lead Gen: Build and optimise landing pages, gated content, and email nurture sequences, and syndicate content with third-party partners to reach new audiences.
• Community and Events: Coordinate webinars, developer meetups, and events, and actively engage developer communities to drive awareness and retention.
• AI-Native Workflow: Integrate AI tools naturally across content creation, campaign execution, and reporting to move faster and work smarter.

What you'll need

• 1–2 years in B2B marketing, content, or growth (startup or agency background strongly preferred)
• C2/native written English, with clear audience-aware writing for both technical and non-technical readers
• Exposure to developer or technical audiences (dev tools, APIs, infrastructure, or SaaS); curiosity about the technology matters more than engineering experience
• Working knowledge of SEO and tools like Semrush
• Able to execute Google Ads campaigns from an agency brief
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform
• Self-directed and organised, comfortable owning your workload autonomously
