About the role
N26 is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to coordinate and handle administrative work within the Legal Team. You'll manage terms and conditions, support legal disputes, optimize internal processes, and provide legal support for new product launches and features.
What you'll do
- Support the Legal Team with complex administrative matters
- Independently manage the company's General Terms and Conditions
- Assist with judicial and extrajudicial disputes, including fact-finding and initial legal assessments
- Develop new concepts and manage projects in banking law and financial market products
- Review statements in complaint procedures
- Coordinate collaboration and communication with external legal advisors
- Support lawyers with research on civil law and payment services framework contract law
- Provide legal support for new N26 app features and financial product launches
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Law with basic knowledge of German civil law
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Strong interest in technical and business contexts, as well as digital business models
- Particular interest in finance and fintech sector
- Ability to work independently, make decisions, and represent them internally and externally
- Willingness to pragmatically learn new topics and legal areas
- High level of integrity, commitment, and initiative
Nice to have
- Master's degree with further legal specialization
- Professional experience in relevant legal areas
- Previous experience in Legal Team Management or Legal Operations
- Additional languages, particularly French, Spanish, or Italian
