About the role

You'll work as a People Tech Integrations Specialist building and maintaining the technical systems that power HR and payroll operations across multiple regions. This role involves designing integrations, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring seamless data flows between Workday and various third-party platforms.

What you'll do

  • Design and build integrations using Workday Studio, PECI, RaaS, REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, and vendor-specific endpoints
  • Monitor integration health, investigate failures, analyze logs, and prevent silent errors
  • Troubleshoot complex issues from upstream system changes, vendor updates, and timing dependencies
  • Maintain payroll integrations (APdata Brazil/Chile, ADP US) ensuring compliance and stability
  • Support Greenhouse to Workday integration for hiring and worker data flows
  • Ensure lifecycle events sync correctly across systems (onboarding, transfers, terminations)
  • Improve identity and provisioning flows with Azure for IT access management
  • Create documentation including field mappings, integration diagrams, and runbooks
  • Coordinate testing and releases to minimize production risk
  • Identify automation opportunities to replace manual processes

What you'll need

  • Hands-on experience building integrations in Workday Studio
  • Proven ownership of integrations in a production Workday environment
  • Ability to interpret vendor specifications and map complex data structures
  • Experience supporting payroll integrations in multi-country setups
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills across multi-system flows
  • High documentation discipline with flow diagrams and field mappings
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Greenhouse and Workday integration experience
  • Experience with APdata, ADP, Payslip.com, or other payroll engines
  • Familiarity with SAP, Ledgy, Pigment, or comparable systems
  • Scripting knowledge in Python, JavaScript, Bash, or PowerShell
  • Exposure to Workday Extend or Workday Orchestrate
