About the role

Du arbeitest direkt mit den Gründern zusammen und übernimmst eine zentrale Rolle: Du bist als Founders Associate für unterschiedliche Themen zuständig und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte sauber laufen und arbeitest zudem Kundenanfragen ab.

What you'll do

• Build products / automations from scratch
• Develop and ship new features and automations together with us, e.g., energy data visualization or automated billing

What you'll need

• Hands-on mindset: You proactively tackle challenges and push our product forward with ownership
• You solve problems quickly and pragmatically without overengineering
• You know when to use no-/low-code solutions and AI tools - and when "vibe coding" becomes an issue
• Self-leadership & curiosity: You organize yourself independently and dive fearlessly into new topics
• Languages: English, German
• Passion for the energy transition and a drive to turn ideas into reality

Nice to have

• Experience with energy or billing software
