About the role

Join a Berlin-based automotive tech startup as a Business Operations Analyst to optimize processes and develop innovative B2B solutions for the European car trading market. You'll work on data-driven process improvements and AI implementation while supporting operational teams with tools and dashboards.

What you'll do

• Analyze existing processes using data and derive concrete improvement measures with real business impact
• Develop and maintain tools and dashboards to help operational teams work more efficiently and smartly
• Collaborate closely with teams, document existing and new process steps, and ensure knowledge remains structured and accessible
• Contribute your own ideas for AI use cases and actively implement them from concept to deployment

What you'll need

• Studying or completed degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
• Practical experience through internships or working student positions in Business Development, Operations, or startup environment
• Strategic and analytical thinking combined with practical approach
• Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets and enthusiasm for process optimization and AI applications
• Proactive, independent work style with careful, structured approach
• Excellent German and English skills (minimum C1 level)
