About the role
We are seeking a Paid Marketing X-Channel Director to lead a global, cross-functional team at the intersection of marketing, product, and technology. This hybrid role combines product management, project management, and marketing expertise to drive scalable solutions, innovative marketing technology, and data-driven acquisition strategies.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team of 10, with 3 direct reports
- Develop strategic roadmap for marketing technology and performance stack aligned with business goals
- Bridge Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to ensure alignment and scalable solution delivery
- Spearhead global Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives to drive double-digit improvements
- Lead workflow and marketing automation initiatives for significant cost efficiencies
- Oversee marketing technology compliance with GDPR, Apple ATT, and global privacy regulations
- Enhance omnichannel campaigns with advanced targeting, CRM flows, and CDP segmentation
- Collaborate on custom bidding solutions and sophisticated measurement frameworks
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience in product management, marketing technology, or performance marketing
- Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and coaching specialists
- Strong understanding of online and performance marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic)
- Technical expertise in tracking and attribution (SDK, server-to-server, SKAN, privacy frameworks)
- Experience with custom bidding and optimization solutions
- Track record of leading product roadmaps and managing complex projects
- Ability to balance long-term vision with short-term execution using data-driven decisions
- Comfortable engaging with Directors and C-suite executives on performance and business impact
