About the role

You will drive strategic projects to significantly advance our portfolio management and billing processes while taking technical responsibility for billing-relevant processes.

What you'll do

• Drive strategic projects to significantly advance our portfolio management and billing processes
• Take technical responsibility for our billing-relevant processes and adapt them to new requirements
• Continuously advance our Process Excellence, take ownership of our billing data, the data model, and enable accurate reporting
• Feel comfortable working with new tools and implementations and quickly build expertise, contributing decisively to operational and technical error analysis for billing and process deviations
• Manage internal and external stakeholders as well as service providers to achieve your goals, implement requirements directly yourself, and work closely with Tech and Operations
