Freelance Art Director, Studio

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Freelance Senior Art Director for HelloFresh to support content creation teams in developing and executing visual concepts for photo and video. You will work on creating channel-specific, scroll-stopping content while guiding creative teams and maintaining brand standards across all touchpoints.

What you'll do

• Develop visual concepts for photo and video productions for HelloFresh Group brands globally
• Represent creative authority for photo and video productions both on set and in post production
• Build authority as a brand guardian, connecting content creation across touchpoints
• Elevate the quality of creative content and guide creative teams towards excellence
• Champion and use AI-tools to enhance every step of the creative workflow
• Act as creative feedback owner and trusted partner for studio and internal business clients
• Communicate and help expand content guidelines for HelloFresh Group brands

What you'll need

• 5+ years of professional experience in creative teams and studio production
• Strong portfolio of creative work showing range of projects in both photography and video
• Familiarity with photo, video, and postproduction workflows and tools
• Eye for detail, visual storytelling, and craft with high standard of execution
• Ability to collaborate effectively with both marketing and creative teams
• Skill in distilling strategic and marketing briefs into actionable creative guidance
• Passion for bringing innovative technologies such as Generative AI to creative workflows
• Top-notch organizational skills to manage multiple projects with varying priorities
• Excellent communication skills in English
