About the role

We're seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own positioning and messaging for HeyJobs' AI-powered recruitment platform. You'll bridge Product, Sales, and market needs while leveraging AI tools to scale marketing operations and drive customer adoption across thousands of employers.

What you'll do

  • Own positioning and messaging for the full HeyJobs product suite, synthesizing customer interviews, sales call transcripts, and competitor data into conversion-driving narratives
  • Use AI to produce, iterate, and personalize sales content at scale with high quality
  • Plan and execute GTM strategies for product launches and commercial initiatives, building AI-powered workflows for research, drafting, and distribution
  • Analyze user behavior and content effectiveness to identify messaging and positioning mismatches
  • Continuously sharpen narrative and messaging across B2B website and key customer journey touchpoints
  • Collaborate with Product and GTM teams to ensure every launch and feature release lands with the right narrative across all touchpoints

What you'll need

  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Product Marketing, GTM, or closely related marketing discipline
  • Genuine curiosity and passion for AI, ideally with experience in agents and automated workflows
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in German
  • Strong expertise in positioning, messaging frameworks, ICP definition, and transforming product complexity into clear value
  • Customer-centric approach with understanding of personas, pain points, and pipeline drivers
  • Comfort with conversion optimization and funnel analysis
  • Strategic thinking with ability to deliver high-quality hands-on output
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI workflows (n8n, Langdock, Claude, or custom GPT setups) for automating research, content, or distribution
  • Proven ability to run competitive intelligence at scale using AI tools
  • Background in B2B SaaS or HR Tech with understanding of buying committees
