About the role
You'll work as a strategic intern directly supporting the CEO and leadership team on high-impact growth initiatives for an AI learning platform serving millions of students. This role involves owning 2-3 critical projects that directly drive revenue growth and operational efficiency while building data models and strategic frameworks for market expansion.
What you'll do
- Own and drive 2-3 high-impact projects that unlock revenue growth and operational efficiency
- Optimize sales funnels and spearhead market expansion across countries and verticals
- Build data models and strategic frameworks for market entry and product positioning decisions
- Take full ownership of cross-functional initiatives from research through implementation
- Eliminate execution friction for leadership by managing critical growth initiatives
- Deliver measurable outcomes including sales conversion improvements and validated expansion strategies
What you'll need
- Top-tier university degree in business, economics, or quantitative field
- Previous experience in consulting, high-growth startups, or significant university projects
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Native/fluent English proficiency
- Available to work from Berlin office 5 days per week
- Proven track record of delivering impact in high-pressure environments
- Owner mindset with ability to execute without detailed instructions
