About the role
This is a senior Talent Acquisition Team Lead position for the DACH region, responsible for leading recruitment operations and building high-performance hiring processes. You'll manage a team of 3 Talent Acquisition Partners while staying hands-on with recruiting top talent for business roles in Germany.
What you'll do
- Execute hiring strategies together with the senior leadership team
- Build, train and retain a team of 3 TAs and ensure smooth daily operations
- Oversee and improve staff performance and efficiency
- Improve hiring processes focused on outreach, qualification and engagement
- Act as motivator, sparring partner and coach for your organization and others
- Stay hands-on by hiring top talents for offices
- Act as strategic partner to hiring managers, shaping hiring strategies for hyper-growth
- Recruit top talents monthly in Germany for business roles
- Establish high performance team culture with strong willingness to learn
- Guide team through changes for mid-market and value-based hiring approach
- Be active on sourcing, hunting and hiring for Sales and Customer Service roles
What you'll need
- 4-5 years of working experience in Talent Acquisition
- Minimum 6 months in a leadership role
- Proven hiring track record
- Fluent in German and English in business setting
- Expert coaching skills with obsession for others' success
- Hands-on approach with proven track record of getting hands dirty
- Grit and perseverance with relentless ambition to succeed
- Drive for excellence and continuous improvement
